TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions cover partyondown.com (POD) and any other business related to partyondown.com.
CONTRACT BETWEEN POD AND CUSTOMER
Once an order has been submitted and exceptance of said order has been made with payment excepted in full, it is confirming that you the customer agrees with the T&C of POD
POD is entitled to withdraw from the contract in the case of obvious typographical or arithmatical inaccuracies appearing on the POD website.
POD cannot be held responsible for forged or other wise wrongful misuse or alteration of the original transmission details appearing on the website are found to be counterfit.
POD reserves the right to refuse trade if unauthorised alterations have been made to the order submitted.
All products purchased on this website are deemed to have taken place in England and are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. All disputes will be subject to said jurisdiction.
PRODUCTS
Colour of products depicted on the POD website cannot be taken as absolute due to variations in the technology monitor systems and the manufacturers use of dyes in the manufacturing processes.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
On submission of your order, your name, address,telephone number,e-mail address and credit/debit card information are collected to allow POD to process and fulfil your order and to send you conformation of your order.
All information and payments are conducted through a secure web server and all card details are destroyed after completion of contract.
No information is passed on to a third party without permission. POD reserves the right to use your information to inform you of POD promotions and offers unless instructed by you the customer not to.
PAYMENTS
All payments for ordered products must be paid for prior to dispatch. Allow 3 working days for clearence of cheques before dispatch. All products remain the property of POD until completion of contract.
DELIVERY
If a customer fails to take delivery of any product supplied by and returned to POD and is not claimed within 7 working days POD reserves the right to re-sell the product without notice to the customer and without prejudice to our claim to damages against the customer for any losses or expenses incurred.
RETURN OF GOODS
If for any reason, you the customer are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to POD for either a refund or exchange,providing it is within 7 days of reciept by you the customer and in it's original state i.e. unopened with all parts intact and in good condition. Please enclose a covering letter explaining your reasons.
Registered or recorded delivery is advised for proof of postage.
THIS DOES NOT EFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Prices quoted on this website are subject to change without notice to take into account of any changes to costs of materials, labour and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duties which may occur regarding manufacturers.

We use Courier Services and the Royal Mail. Most of our delivers are within 24-36hrs but please allow 3-5 working days
